Despite continued renovation at the original location, EXERCISE GROUP is continuing! Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 am come for a great workout. Meet at the red brick church on 100 S. and 100 E. in Provo. Routines vary from country floor routines and kickboxing, to step and zumba. If you can stay, yoga and stretching will follow at 10 am. Some classes are even taught by our own Tausha Bentz (2L). Kids are welcome.

If we can only come once a week will it still be easy to follow along with what's going on? I know sometimes exercise routines can get a little crazy : )
I used to go regularly, and yes it was still very easy to follow no matter how long it had been :)
